Item is new with tag but does have a small hole as shown in photos on the front. You can tell/feel the item was never worn but I imagine the imperfection occurred over the years in storage or could've been bought like that I'm not sure. Although it isn't perfect, it's still very wearable as is. The authentic macneil tartan plaid is not easy to find and is almost never seen with the tag. Pendleton collectors I'm sure would love to have this piece in their collection! Measurements provided in photos as well. Sold as is.
